What leather is used?
We use only the highest quality cowhide. Each bag is washed in its entirety – this highly elaborate process is what makes our bags so special, with their patina and everything that goes with it. That is precisely why every Harbour 2nd is unique.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Best not to at all — your leather is open-pored and was never sealed. Simply let the bag develop its own patina. Just two things: protect it from heavy rain and direct sunlight, otherwise the color may change. And if a stain really bothers you, standard leather milk or a drop of olive oil will help — always apply over a large area, never just on one spot, as open-pored leather darkens slightly with every treatment. Small scratches? They are part of the vintage look.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in 1–3 business days. Free shipping within Germany, with no minimum order.
Can I exchange or return my bag?
Yes, you can return or exchange your bag within 14 days of receipt. Simply register your return via our returns and cancellation portal – you will immediately receive a DHL return label (€6.49 within Germany, which will be deducted from your refund).
