What leather is used?
We only use the highest quality cowhide. Each bag is washed in its entirety – this very elaborate process is what makes our bags so special, with their patina and everything that goes with it. That is exactly why every Harbour 2nd is unique.
How do I care for my leather bag?
We recommend wiping the bag regularly with a damp cloth and treating it occasionally with a colorless leather care product. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in 1–3 business days. Free shipping within Germany, with no minimum order.
Can I exchange or return my bag?
Yes, you can return or exchange your bag within 14 days of receipt. Simply register your return via our returns and cancellation portal – you will immediately receive a DHL return label (€6.49 within Germany, which will be deducted from your refund).
